Peringatan :1.

1. Campurkan serbuk Mate5 dengan 400- 500 ml air sejuk dalam bekas/shaker goncang dan JDM5 sedia diminum.

2. Pastikan tidak makan sekurang-kurangnya 2 jam sebelum/3 jam selepas minum JDM53. Minum air extra 500 ml ke 1000 ml sehari,untuk sel-sel berada dalam keadaan aktif.
